Consignor Agreement

Consignment Term
    Items are placed on consignment for 75 days. Please make sure you utilize the consignor login (this is sent to you in your welcome letter) as this will be your guide for picking up dates. Please no more than 10 items of clothing, with a max of 20 if you are also bringing home items.
    By 65 days you should be coming to pick any items you wish to have returned to you, so you do not go over the 75 days. I will no longer be able to hold items as the number of consignors and shoppers is rapidly increasing.
    The Store will not pull or hold items for you; it is your responsibility to go through the sales floor and collect your items.
    Pickups must be completed no later than 2 hours before closing. There is a process that I need to complete to return items to you.
    Items not retrieved by the 75-day period automatically become the property of the Store, with full rights to donate, resell, or otherwise dispose of them.
    Seasonal Items need to be picked as the seasons end and I cannot hold these items, Spring/Summer will be March 1 through end of August, Fall/Winter will be September 1 through end of February. Any items left after the end of February or August for the seasons will become property of Scarlett's Korner. As for holiday decor or wall art, the day after the holiday item/s needs to be picked up if you wish to have them back.

2. Commission Split
    The Store retains 60% of the selling price.
    The Consignor receives 40% of the selling price.

3. Pricing & Discounts
    The Store sets all prices.
    Coupons, promotions, or store discounts may reduce the sale price, and both parties share the reduction proportionally according to the commission split. This will not show in any emails sent, that is the price it could go for. As you should utilize the consignor login to view sold prices, if you wish to view them.

4. Loss, Theft, or Damage
    The Store is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, or other events beyond reasonable control.
    By consigning, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Payment
    Consignor payouts are made by check or Venmo once per month after the 15th.
    A minimum of two (2) days notice is required before check pickup.
    Payments are issued only for sales that have cleared and posted.
    Store Credit Option: You may use your earned consignor store credit on items you have sold at any time while shopping in the store, without providing advance notice.

6. Ownership & Representation
    Consignor affirms they are the legal owner of all items and that items are free of liens or claims.
    Consignor agrees that counterfeit, stolen, or restricted items will not be consigned. If stolen property or intentional misconduct is discovered, Scarlett's Korner Consignments reserves the right to immediately end the consignment relationship and refuse future consignments.

7. Termination
    Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing.
    Consignor must remove all items within 7 days of termination; otherwise, items become property of the Store.

8. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. No verbal statements or outside promises to alter its terms.
    By signing this Agreement, you agree to all terms stated herein. 
    Periodically this agreement may be altered, and you will be notified via email, if you don't agree with the terms you may pick up your items.
