Consignor Agreement

1. Consignment Term
• Items are placed on consignment for 75 days. Holiday items will be picked
up sooner, ex. Pick up within 1 week after said holiday, or they become
property of the store.
• After 75 days, you will have 7 calendar days to retrieve any unsold items.
• The Store will not pull or hold items for you; it is your responsibility to go
through the sales floor and collect your items.
• Pickups must be completed no later than 1 hour before closing.
• Items not retrieved within the 7-day period automatically become the
property of the Store, with full rights to donate, resell, or otherwise
dispose of them.

2. Commission Split
• The Store retains 60% of the selling price.
• The Consignor receives 40% of the selling price.

3. Pricing & Discounts
• The Store sets all prices.
• Coupons, promotions, or store discounts may reduce the sale price, and both
parties share the reduction proportionally according to the commission split.

4. Loss, Theft, or Damage
• The Store is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, or other
events beyond reasonable control.
• By consigning, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Payment
• Consignor payouts are made by check or venmo once per month after the
15th.
• A minimum of two (2) days’ notice is required before check pickup.
• Payments are issued only for sales that have cleared and posted.
• Store Credit Option: You may use your earned consignor store credit on
items you have sold at any time while shopping in the store, without
providing advance notice.

6. Ownership & Representation
• Consignor affirms they are the legal owner of all items and that items are
free of liens or claims.
• Consignor agrees that counterfeit, stolen, or restricted items will not be
consigned.

7. Termination
• Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing.
• Consignor must remove all items within 7 days of termination; otherwise,
items become property of the Store.
